Ingredients Chole Bhature
- All purpose flour (moida) -300 grams
- Rava -50 grams
- Curd -2 tablespoon
- Banking soda -1/2 teaspoon
- White oil -2 tablespoons
- Sugar -1 teaspoon
- Salt -1 teaspoon

- Chana -2 cup
- Salt -1 teaspoon
- teabags -2 nod
- Baking soda -3/4 teaspoon
- water -2 cup
Other ingredients
- finely chopped onion -3 nos
- Ginger paste -1 teaspoon
- garlic paste -1 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds -1 teaspoon
- Dry red chillies -2 nos
- Bay leaves -1 no
- cinnamon sticks -2 inch
- black cardamom -1 no
- Turmeric powder -1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder -1 teaspoon
- cumin powder -1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder -1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder -1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato puree -1.5 cup
- salt to taste
- Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
- Cooking oil -4 tablespoon
preparation-
- Take the flour in a medium size bowl.
- Now add one by one rava(suji),curd,sugar,salt, baking powder in it and mix all ingredients throughly
- Now with the help of warm water you will prepare the soft and smooth dough.
- Grese the oil around the dough.
- Now cover the bowl and keep aside for 2 hours.
